We retain service, payment, audit, and recorded-document records as needed to deliver the service, prevent fraud, answer disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may contact support to request deletion of information that we are not required to retain. We do not currently provide residential-address or mail service.

Domicile Filings is a document preparation, notarization, and recording service operated by Certified Service Bureau LLC. We do not provide residential addresses or mailbox service. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or government agency and do not provide legal or tax advice. You can file a Declaration of Domicile yourself with your county clerk for the county's recording fee. Whether a state treats you as a resident is decided by that state's tax authority; residents of California, New York, New Mexico, South Carolina, and Virginia should consult a tax professional before relying on a change of domicile.
