About Domicile Filings

We built this after doing our own move from New York: finding the county form, booking a notary, standing at the clerk, and then realizing the Declaration was only the first exhibit. Domicile Filings is the filing desk we wanted — document preparation, online notarization, and a record you can keep.

How we handle your data

Raw intake data auto-deletes 180 days after delivery. The recorded Declaration and audit binder stay in the vault. The dashboard shows the countdown. Domicile Watch retains intake records through its one-year service term.
